The holidays are just the time to find comfort and joy in the beautiful memories of those before us, be it classic songs or your grandmother’s cherished cookie recipes. For this year, it was the photos of divinely dressed women posed by their tinsel trees of bygone decades that gave us the idea for our Instagram series, the Vintage Tree Challenge. Inspired by old vintage tree photos from Christmas past, we asked our readers and everyone in the vintage community to strike a pose and contribute their best renditions of a holiday photo using #vintagetreechallenge. In spreading the joy and cheer, we were so overwhelmed by the support and incredibly beautiful submissions of so many lovely gals rockin’ around their Christmas trees!
