Cute and Classic: Your Gift Guide for Valentine’s Day

Originally published on Leona Marlene

For me and my sweetheart, we like to keep things pretty casual on Valentine’s Day, but we both love a fun excuse to dress up and go to dinner at one of our favorite restaurants (sometimes end the night with drinks at a fun bar with some live music!). Some of our favorite date night spots are Epic Steakhouse on Embarcadero, Lolinda in Mission, Rich Table in Hayes, Marlowe, The Perennial and Villon in Soma. There are so many great restaurants in San Francisco, I could go on and on…

We like getting each other gifts that are thoughtful and practical. Below are some of the items we’ve recently gotten for each other and some items that are still on our list. However, Valentine’s Day isn’t just about your significant other. I love celebrating all my Galentines and getting them a cute gift to let them know how much I love and appreciate them. Voluspa or Diptyque candles, a cute lipstick, or some pretty nail polish are always at the top of my list. My current fav? The Dior Lip Glows – they come in so many colors and are SO hydrating.
